These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Suppostat website at suppostat.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Suppostat ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Suppostat provides outsourced player support services to iGaming operators, including but not limited to: 24/7 live support staffing, multilingual agent coverage, peak-event capacity scaling, helpdesk integration, and support operations management.
The specific scope, SLAs, pricing, and obligations for any engagement are governed by a separate Master Service Agreement ("MSA") or Statement of Work ("SOW") executed between Suppostat and the client. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a signed MSA, the MSA prevails.

When you submit an inquiry, audit request, or contact form on the Site, you consent to Suppostat using the information provided to respond to your request and discuss potential services. Submission of a form does not create a binding contract; any engagement requires a signed agreement.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business hours during operating hours.
All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Suppostat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.
The Suppostat name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks of Suppostat. Nothing on the Site grants any licence to use these marks.
Any information you share with us in the context of a pre-sales or service engagement that is designated as confidential, or that is reasonably understood to be confidential, will be treated as such. Our agents operate under signed NDAs. Client operational data — including player data, helpdesk data, and internal processes — is never shared outside your direct service delivery team.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
The calculator and risk estimates on the Site are indicative only and are based on generalised industry assumptions. They do not constitute financial or operational advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Suppostat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability arising from use of the Site (as distinct from contracted services) shall not exceed €100.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or practices of any third-party sites.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Suppostat is registered.
